To cultivate an inclusive environment that supports and encourages women and anyone who identifies with a marginalized gender who are interested in technology and coding at any level.

Goals
Create an inclusive and supportive community for women in tech at Invitae
Advance gender equity in tech roles at Invitae through recruiting and retaining women
Advance skills and leadership potential through collaboration, mentorship, and thoughtful discussion
Explore new technologies, share experiences, and encourage career and personal growth
