Invitae’s Latinx Employee Resource Group exists to support Invitae’s commitment to workforce diversity and inclusion, to build a community for individuals who identify or want to support the Latinx community in a space where they can be seen, heard, and belong.

Latinx ERG promotes open conversations regarding topics that are deeply rooted in the culture and history of the community such as colonization, immigration, heritage, food, and language. We celebrate and make notable mention to the accomplishments and contributions the community has made in STEM.
